Management Changes in Volga-Dnepr Sub-Group

On 25 August 2014 Mr. Alexander I. Bashkov was appointed to the position of Executive President Volga-Dnepr Sub-Group.

Mr. A. Bashkov stood at the origins of Volga-Dnepr Group. Having worked for Volga-Dnepr Airlines from 1990 to 1998 he left for East Line Airlines at Domodedovo Airport to continue his career at finance and economics management positions. Mr. Bashkov managed subsidiary companies of biggest Russian holdings with Government participation like Roselectronika, National Media Group, Rosatom, INTER RAO EES. In 2013 he came back to Volga-Dnepr Group to take the position of Vice President Scheduled Cargo Operations.

Mr. Bashkov’s basic objectives as the Executive President Volga-Dnepr Subgroup will be as follows:

- Ensure resource and price availability of VDA services for customers and perform budget indicators of Charter Cargo Operations;

- Re-establish at the Company a social activity center of the Region / Industry;

- Implement young generations’ succession program, provide description of expertise/experience and transfer knowledge/skills to younger generations of Volga-Dnepr personnel.

Mr. Alexander A. Sidorin who has worked more than 22 years for the Company and holding the vice presidential position at Volga-Dnepr Sub-Group since 2012 will continue his work as Vice President for Operations Volga-Dnepr Airlines.

Mr. Sidorin’s priorities will be:

- Ensure interaction of Airlines within the Group in terms of air operations management under the Central Flight Operations Control Center in Ulyanovsk and expand THE FOCC for external customers;

- Operational management guidance of Volga-Dnepr Sub-Group and Atran Airlines.
