Best Documentary Award

A documentary film “Welcome to Paradise” was named the “The Best Nonfiction Film” of the VI International Festival of Films and TV Programs also known as “With All My Heart” annual film festival organized in Ulyanovsk, Russia in memory of the famous Soviet and Russian TV anchor Valentina Leontyeva.

The award to film director Dmitry Kulyov and producer Marina Isaikina was presented by Minister of Arts and Culture of the Ulyanovsk Region Tatiana Ivshina at the award ceremony held on 1 June.

Dmitry Kulyov, on behalf of creative team, expressed his appreciation to festival organizers for the high rating of the film and to Volga-Dnepr Group for help and assistance.
