Quick response from Volga-Dnepr delivers aircraft engine cowling in less than 24 hours

Volga-Dnepr Airlines has promptly delivered an aircraft engine cowling from Germany to Switzerland. The transportation took less than 24 hours to arrange using one of its IL-76TD-90VD aircraft.

The request for transportation came from Le Bas International to Volga-Dnepr Airlines late on the night of October 27. The request was promptly processed and all necessary permissions were obtained. Loading operations in Germany took just an hour. The cargo was delivered to its destination by 1900hrs CET, making the overall duration of the transportation process just 20 hours. Volga-Dnepr is regularly called upon to perform such fast response deliveries at short notice.
