Senior Recruitment Specialist

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide the highest level of recruitment and selection activities in the company. To participate in Recruitment and Development projects.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Interview potential internal and external candidates for the opened vacancies according to the standards of the Recruitment Procedure; if required provide general or special testing of potential candidates in order to make more careful search; organize interviews for line managers with successful candidates according to the standard scheme of recruitment process;
    • Assist Top and Line managers in recruitment of qualified relevant employees, provide consulting for management on implementation of selection techniques and methods, on adequacy of relevant requirement for the positions, provide complete information and assist managers in making final decision on the right candidates;
    • Connect with external agencies, advertising agencies and providers to meet the company needs in a most efficient way. Connect with schools, colleges in order to supply and ensure the candidates;
    • Maintain resume database of candidates on commonly searched for position to ensure prompt and effective response to on-going recruitment requests;
    • Prepare HR reports for relevant corporate recruitment systems and effectiveness of recruitment process;
    • Organize and participate in the recruitment connected events in order to raise company image as employer;
    • Participate in Employees Development projects; help managers to get additional objective valuations and recommendations on internal candidates.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    • At least 5 years experience in Recruitment (in-house/agency);
    • A University degree or equivalent, HR qualification (is preferable);
    • Executive Search experience for TOP and Middle level positions;
    • Experience in Recruitment Project Management;
    • Fluent English (is a must);
    • Good communication skills;
    • Project management skills.

    HR Business Partner

    Volga-Dnepr Moscow LLC is searching for experienced HR BP who will manage to take responsibility for the whole scope of HR processes

    Functions:

    • Proactively support all the HR Processes within all the entities: recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, adaptation, HR administration
    • Managing complex HR Projects cross-functionally
    • Identification of gaps, proposition and implementation of changes necessary to cover risks
    • Personal recruitment for key talent roles
    • Design of succession plans for key talents and key job positions

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 10 years work experience in HR, minimum 4 years as HR BP (or comparable position)
    • Not less than 3 years of management experience
    • Experience in implementation of the HR related laws, regulations, policies and procedures
    • Compensation & Benefits/HR administration background
    • Strong knowledge and skills in areas of recruitment, learning, performance and talent management, employee relations
    • Fluent English (oral and written)
    • Readiness for business trips
