Business development manager (Aviation)

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and personally develop a portfolio of new client relationships whose annual turnover is in excess of $3mln per annum (through cold calls, meetings, events etc)
  • Сollect and analyze information of the air cargo charter market (on companies, agents, routs, competitors, rates, etc.) and submit it to your manager(s)
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Submit detailed reports and sales forecasts, actively participate in sales and operational meetings and share key insights
  • Work on the enquiries from the new customers until the moment of signature of the contract and then pass the relevant information about the flight to customer service team
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track contacts, accounts and opportunities; Airlift to calculate costs and Operations to check the schedule

Requirements:

  • A solid and proven track record in delivering average new sales values in air charter business of $3mln+
  • Proven record in delivering sustainable and profitable growth individually and through his or her team
  • Experience in professional sales or customer interfacing roles in air charter market
  • Understanding of airfreight and air charter market
  • English is a must. Any additional language is desirable

Load planning specialist

Professional Experience:

  • Technical analysis of enquiries for transportation of cargo of all types;
  • Preparation of technical resolutions regarding cargo transportability on aircraft from VD Group fleet;
  • Communication with shippers, customers and sales executives as to preparation of cargo for transportation;
  • Development of aircraft loading charts, loading/offloading procedures (incl. with the use of special loading equipment) and special equipment /tools for loading of unique cargo;
  • Calculation of an economical flight route for an aircraft with a given carrying capacity and published restrictions.

Reporting Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (with aviation focus preferably);
  • Load planning experience of at least 12 months will be advantage;
  • Experience as flight dispatcher on international airlines;
  • AN-124/IL-76 maintenance experience (preferably);
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling fundamentals;
  • Ability to work with drawings;
  • Knowledge of software programs such as AutoCad, CorelDraw, SolidWorks, Compass 3D;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English;
  • Personal qualities: analytical thinking, result-oriented, innovative, able to generate new ideas and solutions, sociable, initiative, mobile, attentive, diligent.

HR Business Partner

Volga-Dnepr Moscow LLC is searching for experienced HR BP who will manage to take responsibility for the whole scope of HR processes

Functions:

  • Proactively support all the HR Processes within all the entities: recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, adaptation, HR administration
  • Managing complex HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Identification of gaps, proposition and implementation of changes necessary to cover risks
  • Personal recruitment for key talent roles
  • Design of succession plans for key talents and key job positions

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 years work experience in HR, minimum 4 years as HR BP (or comparable position)
  • Not less than 3 years of management experience
  • Experience in implementation of the HR related laws, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Compensation & Benefits/HR administration background
  • Strong knowledge and skills in areas of recruitment, learning, performance and talent management, employee relations
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Readiness for business trips

Training manager for Leadership Programs

Professional Experience:

  • Design annual training program for managers and management teams
  • Cooperate with subject matter experts on design and delivery of trainings
  • Develop & conduct trainings for all management levels, marketing and sales staff
  • Deliver trainings/conferences in the regions where the company operates
  • Be involved in the process of acquisition and assessment for talent pool
  • Drive scheduling, planning and delivering the training sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trainings

Reporting Requirements:

  • Higher education (pedagogical \ psychological is preferable)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Upper-intermediate English is a must
  • Knowledge of adult learning approaches, various delivery methods (face-to-face, webinars, etc)
  • Good PC knowledge & analytical skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Excelent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with managers on different levels
