Volga-Dnepr Technics Moscow to set up a company-based Aviation Training CenterVolga-Dnepr Technics Moscow (VDTM) one of the lead players on Russia market of western aircraft maintenance and repair services is set to establish a Company-based Aviation Training Center located within the Moscow Aviation Cluster. EASA Part-147 Certificate granted by the European Aviation Safety Agency authorizes the Company to provide classroom and hands-on training of engineering and mechanical personnel for Boeing 747-type airplanes.

Volga-Dnepr Pays Last Respects to Six Crewmembers Killed in Mali Terror AttackA civil funeral service was held in Ulyanovsk on 30 November to remember Volga-Dnepr Airlines’ employees who became the victims of a terrorist attack on Radisson hotel in Bamako, Mali. The ceremony was attended by thousands of people, and the local civic hall could not even fit all those wishing to pay tribute to the dead and express condolences to their families and close ones.
