Three Volga-Dnepr offices located in Russia, UK and USA coordinate ELC activities 24/7/365. The ELC project has become another inherent element of Volga-Dnepr’s Cargo Supermarket strategy.
The integrated solutions combine charter and scheduled flight capabilities offered by the companies’ fleet of AN-124-100, IL-76TD-90VD, Boeing 747 and Boeing 737 freighter aircraft, and end-to-end logistics based on comprehensive project management approach, specifically providing customers with the following value added services and competencies:
- combined worldwide multimodal schemes using road, rail and sea transport;
- Engineering and technical cargo analysis, consultations on feasible methods of delivery, packing and transportation, covering all stages of product supply chain including product design and manufacture aspects;

- optimum route planning from production site to final destination;
- ground support arrangements at airports of loading/unloading, cargo delivery to/from airport including obtaining of all necessary authorizations, approvals and permits;

- engagement of smaller size aircraft from partners to minimize costs for customers.
