IPO

In the plans of Volga-Dnepr Group of Companies – carrying-out of IPO in 2007. It is planned to place 25% of Group of Companies’ shares. As possible sites for the placement, RTS, MICEX and London Stock Exchange are being considered. In the course of the preparation to the IPO, the reorganization of the Group of Companies will be performed. At the moment, consultations with potential lead-managers and coordination of major parameters of the IPO with shareholders are being carried out.
