Artem Voskoboinikov

Born in 1969.

Graduate, International Law Faculty, Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations, 1993.

EMBA, University of Antwerp Management School, 2007.

Started his career at an insurance company, specializing in aircraft insurance, Artem then worked at Most Group, where, among other issues, he was responsible for legal support of the group’s aviation department.

Later on Artem headed department at Interfax News Agency, worked as a director of legal department at Ernst & Young’ s consulting arm in Russia and then as head of international legal issues division at Media Most conglomerate.

From 2001 to 2004 Artem was Director of Legal Department, then Deputy Director General at NTV Broadcasting Company.

From May 2005 Artem joined Volga-Dnepr as General Counsel and Director of Legal Department. In November 2005 Artem became Vice President overseeing corporate development of Volga-Dnepr Group.

Artem Voskoboynikov is responsible for the legal, PR and GR support of the Group’s activities, maintaining efficient corporate structure and communications.
