Vyacheslav Sirota

Born on February 7, 1950 in Uzbekistan. In 1975 graduated from Kuibyshev Aviation Institute named after Korolev with major in “mechanic engineering”. He later got employed at Tashkent Aircraft Manufacturing Enterprise having passed the way from a supervisor to the deputy shop manager within just four years.

From 1979 he went on with his career at Ulyanovsk Aviation Industry Complex “Aviastar”. In 1986-1996 was Head of “Aviastar” Labor and Wage Administration. Since 1996 – Deputy Financial Director of Volga-Dnepr Airlines. In 1998 tool a course within TACIS, in 2000 – a course in “Situational management” at the US Research Center for Leadership. Vyacheslav has been Head of New Insurance Company since 1999.

In 2006 NIC managed by Mr. Sirota became the top one in financial assets in the Ulyanovsk district.
