General Director, Volga-Dnepr Leasing LLC

Andrey Pakhomov

Born in Saransk on October 8, 1976. Graduated from Ulyanovsk State University, Faculty of Economics majoring in Finance and Credit in 1998.

In 1998 he joined Volga-Dnepr as finance executive. Later he was assigned Deputy Finance Manager, routine finance activities. In 2003 he moved to Management Company to the position of Deputy Finance Director of the Group, and held the office until 2005.

Since 2004 he took part in the project of IL-76 modernization as a Finance Director. Based on this project, Volga-Dnepr Leasing Company was established, aimed at construction and modernization of IL-76 fleet. Since 2005 and to date Andrey Pakhomov is the General Director, Volga-Dnepr Leasing LLC.

His principal functions are IL-76TD-90VD Project execution and further development of this promising mission.
