Successful Human Resource (HR) Training Today is a Key to the VDTM Company Progress in the Future

Volga-Dnepr Technics Moscow (VDTM) continues to successfully implement a qualified personnel training programme in cooperation with the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation (MSTU CA). As part of the agreement signed in July 2018, one of Russia’s leading MRO providers enrolled some fourth-year students representing the Faculty of Mechanics of the leading Russian higher education institution for civil aviation professionals to do an internship.

A group of students undertook practical training in the VDTM premises in Moscow which was mainly aimed at obtaining not only theoretical but also practical skills. The integrated approach to training and internships makes it possible for students to delve into the business of the Volga-Dnepr Group, get to know its history, values and future development plans. The key focus is on exploring the VDTM services including a visit to the production facilities, the technologies used and communication with experienced and qualified employees of the company.
