Volga-Dnepr Team Won Silver Medals at Aeroflot Futsal Cup

Volga-Dnepr team placed 2nd at Aeroflot Futsal Cup, which took place 14 September in Lobnya, Moscow Region.

Eight teams representing air entities participated in the tournament. Volga-Dnepr Group team successfully passed the group stage and won the semifinals. In the final game VD players matched up against Transaero team, repeat winner of Aeroflot Cup. Tough match ended up with the score 1-0 for Transaero. Volga-Dnepr team placed 2nd.

VD team is the permanent participant of Aeroflot Cup. Last year Volga-Dnepr finished third in this tournament.
