Volga-Dnepr Airlines launches a Short Messaging Service for cargo operations

Customers of Volga-Dnepr Airlines now can receive the tracking information concerning their cargo via SMS notifications.

‘Our Company has brought a new customer notification system into service. Customers will be automatically notified of any change in a charter flight schedule in the course of transportation: to both email and mobile device located within coverage area. The new 24/7 service will let us provide our customers with fresh updates on the aircraft movement table including the date and number of flight, airports and estimated time of departure and arrival independent from customer’s network accessibility, the time of day, either it is a weekend or holiday.
